Do you have a delivery service?
Yes we do have our own delivery trucks and delivery in the Toronto area
Do you pick up furniture?
Yes we do pick up furniture. One of the great reasons to sell to Frontier is we have our own movers and moving trucks. We do all the moving, packing and transportation of the items we purchase from you.
Do you charge to pick the furniture up?
There is no charge for the furniture pick-up. When the purchasing manager gives you a quote, this offer includes the moving and packing of the items specified in the offer.
Do you buy one or two items?
As a general rule we do not buy one or two items. We specialize in purchasing large quantities at one time. There are always exceptions depending on what the items are and where the items are located. If you have any questions please contact us directly.
Do you charge for an appointment to view items we have for sale?
We do not charge to give a quotation of items you are selling. We do not however give individual prices. We give one offer for all the items you are selling. If you would like individual prices this changes the from a quotation to an appraisal. We do charge for appraisals.
What is the difference between an appraisal and a quotation?
A quotation is a when you are serious about selling and the purchasing manager gives one offer for all items you are selling. There is no charge for this service.
An appraisal is when the appraisal manager provides values for household items not necessarily items you are selling These values are given in the form of an appraisal report. Often the appraisal report will include individual values of the items. There are 3 different types of values given for appraisals:
Fair market values, Liquidation values and Replacement values. Most often appraisal reports are required for estate, and matrimonial purposes. There is a minimum charge for an appraisal report. For further information please contact us directly.
Where do you get your items from?
All the items we buy and sell come from private homes. We do not buy items from auctions or have people bring items to us. We like to insure the items are from clean safe homes.
How far will Frontier go to purchase furniture?
We generally buy within the Greater Toronto area but will travel further for a complete contents of a home.
What forms of payment do you take in your store?
We take Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Cash and of course fabulous Frontier Sales Gift Cards.
How often do you get shipments?
Everyday Monday thru Friday. Sometimes 2-3 times per day.
