Frontier Sales Furniture is proudly owned and operated by the brother and sister team of Dan and Renee Glazier. The company has been an anchor in the growing east end community of Crossroads of the Danforth for nearly 3 decades.

Dan and Renee’s grandmother Grace was a recycling pioneer and in 1981 launched Frontier Sales Furniture.  With her vision of reusing and repurposing clean, quality furnishings at budget conscience prices, Frontier Sales Furniture quickly became one of the first successful second hand stores.  Providing customers with a wide variation of modern, antique and unique furniture with abundant accessories and collectables, it was evident that Grace was a true visionary and knew that this concept would take people on a journey to a new “frontier”. 

It wasn’t long before Grace’s concept caught on and the company quickly began to grow.  Grace enlisted the marketing and retail skills of daughters Donna (Dan and Renee’s mother) and Sue, their aunt.  In 1996 Dan and Renee became 3rd generation entrepreneurs and together with the dedication and enthusiasum of their original team of Keith, Dennis and Vicki, the company continued to grow.

Today you can find us in our wonderful and inspiring 15000 square foot showroom at 3313 Danforth Avenue at Pharmacy.  Toronto east enders will recognize this location as the original “Mansion House”.  Even though we’re 7 times larger than our humble beginnings, we haven’t forgotten what has gotten us here-  our ever growing “Frontier family” , loyal customers who have become friends.  Their referrals and recommendations to their families and friends makes us proud of the quality of product and service that we provide.  Together with their ever growing team, Dan and Renee continue to strive to keep grandma Grace’s vision of an eco friendly business for generations to come.
